1. About RootNP

RootNP provides information about personalized wellness and educational programs, including NeuroRoot Reset, as well as opportunities to attend webinars, request information, apply to programs, and schedule introductory calls. Program details, eligibility, and availability may change.

2. Educational Information; No Individual Medical Advice

Content on this website, including articles, downloads, webinars, videos, and program descriptions, is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, individualized medical advice, or a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. No particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

NeuroRoot Reset and related educational content do not replace a comprehensive ADHD assessment or other indicated medical or mental health care. Functional or wellness testing discussed in educational materials does not, by itself, diagnose ADHD.

3. No Provider–Patient Relationship Through Website Use

Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry or application, attending a webinar, or booking an introductory call does not by itself establish a provider–patient relationship. Any clinical services, if offered and appropriate, require separate intake, consent, eligibility review, and applicable agreements.

4. Webinars, Applications, and Scheduling

Webinar schedules, availability, presenters, content, and access instructions may change. Registration does not guarantee admission to a program. We may contact registrants with relevant event information and follow-up communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.

Booking links and forms may be provided through third-party services, including Calendly, Zoom, and GoHighLevel/Amplify DPC. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Program Enrollment, Pricing, and Refunds

Descriptions and prices displayed on this website are informational and may be updated. Specific program services, fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund policies, and participation requirements will be provided in the applicable enrollment or service agreement before purchase. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms regarding a purchased program, that agreement governs the program-specific matter.
